Availability

How we schedule projects and what to expect when you're planning work with New Hampshire Sashbrush Yard.

What this means

We take on a limited number of projects each year. Not because we're overbooked, but because the work we do can't be rushed. Each project gets the full attention it deserves—the research, the planning, the execution, and the finishing. That means our availability is real, not a wait-list. We're not managing scarcity. We're being honest about capacity.

When we say we have time, we actually have time to do the job right. When we say we don't, we're not taking on anything new until the current work is done. It keeps quality high and the pace manageable for everyone involved. That's the only way we know to work, and it's how we've always worked.

The months below give you a sense of how we think about the year. Early conversations happen when we're still planning. As the calendar fills, we shift from "maybe" to "definitely" to "we'll catch you next year." It's transparent. You'll know where you stand and when you'll know more.

The reference timeline

  1. Early inquiry window

Projects starting in 2027 are being considered. If you're thinking about a 2027 start, now is the time to reach out with a real project in mind.

  2. Planning conversations

We've heard from most of the new inquiries. Conversations with potential clients are underway. We're sketching timelines and understanding what each project needs.

  3. Final selections

Decisions are being made on what we're committed to taking on. Some conversations end with a "no, but here's someone who'd be right for this." We're clear about it early.

  4. Calendar locked

The 2027 projects are set. If you didn't reach out before now, new work doesn't start until 2028. We're in execution mode for the year ahead.

When you're ready to move forward, send us a note with what you're thinking about. Tell us the timeline you have in mind—whether it's next month or next year. The earlier you start the conversation, the more options we can hold for you and the better we can understand what the work will actually need. We read every message and respond within two business days with real information about whether we're a fit and what comes next.
